Patent Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation. Recent law school graduates with prior patent experience will also be considered. Work will include all aspects of patent litigation including IP due diligence, patent portfolio assessment, claim charting, technical analysis, discovery, depositions, brief drafting, and trial work. The position will offer extensive hands on experience and the opportunity for domestic travel. A strong technical background and analytical skills are required. Academic credentials in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering are preferred. Candidates should possess strong technical skills along with excellent communication and writing skills are required.
