Orlando office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises pre-suit attorney with 1+ year of personal injury or premises liability experience. The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work. Will complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases. Guide clients through the lifecycle of their cases. Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents. Complete turndown approval for viability issues. Oversee the formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of multiple Case Managers. Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of Florida. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required. Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager. Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
