The candidate will work to assist the firm in providing free civil legal services. Will have significant client contact, will maintain their own caseload, engage in community outreach and education, and will work with community partners. Some grant writing and reporting may be required. Must have Admission to North Dakota State Bar, or be eligible to sit for the next North Dakota Bar examination. Should have sensitivity to the unique challenges facing low-income clients. Recent law school graduates are eligible to apply, as are more experienced attorneys.
