The candidate will assist with Firms ATM program, including drafting and negotiating license agreements, amendments, renewals and terminations for ATMs across the country. Will structure, draft and negotiate office and retail lease agreements and amendments (ground leases, in-line leases, space leases). Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Advise clients on all aspects of real estate law, including letters of intent, entitlement and incentive issues, mechanics’ liens, environmental issues, construction and broker related issues. Handle numerous matters arising from existing lease agreements, including lease interpretation, lease disputes, estoppels/SNDAs, condemnation actions, and transactional support to internal and external litigation counsel. Support senior Real Estate counsel and manage outside counsel. Create and edit form real estate documents.
