Duties

• Review documents for litigation preparation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Submit filings to the court.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are a plus.
• Experience with discovery and law and motion.
• State and federal court experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and work history.

Education

• Doctor of Law

• Authorized to work in the United States
