Duties:

• Manage individual client matters with substantial responsibility.
• Collaborate with legal teams on complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court and in negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).
