Duties
Manage a caseload of approximately 250–300 pre-litigation personal injury cases
Supervise and provide direction to 2–3 case managers
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding the progress and strategy of their claims
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Maintain consistent client communication and updates
Collaborate with internal staff including investigators, case managers, and administrative teams
Coordinate with external professionals, including medical providers and expert witnesses
Contribute to case strategy development during review meetings
Remain current with developments in personal injury law
Perform other legal and case-related duties as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury matters, particularly pre-litigation
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Capable of supervising support staff and delegating responsibilities effectively
Commitment to client-centered advocacy
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar case management software
Time management and problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment
