And when you leave, you don't return to an office with 40 drafts waiting on your desk.

We're a Dallas-based boutique family law firm focused on representing women through divorce.

Our team is mission-driven and intentionally structured differently than most firms. We don't believe "attorneys who do it all" is a sustainable model. It's a formula for burnout.

The traditional law firm playbook wasn't written with modern attorneys—or the women they represent—in mind. So we rewrote it.

We've built a division of labor where every team member focuses on what they do best. We're looking for an experienced family law attorney who wants to practice in that environment.

What You'll Do

• Argue contested hearings, temporary orders, and trials
• Lead mediations and adversarial negotiations
• Take depositions and prepare witnesses
• Review and revise motions and responses drafted by your paralegal
• Guide clients through testimony and court appearances using trauma-informed care
• Draft and customize pleadings, discovery, and final orders efficiently (if that's the part of practice you enjoy)

What You Won't Do

• Collections
• Initial consultations
• Intake calls
• Manage payroll, vendors, technology, or firm administration
• Build your own exhibit binders or trial notebooks
• Pretend to enjoy every part of practicing family law

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000–$180,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus on collected revenue above target
• 10% origination bonus on cases you bring to the firm
• Guaranteed minimum bonus during Year 1
• Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA
• 401(k) with a 3% employer match after one year
• Flexible work-from-home policy with optional office attendance
• Paid bar dues, CLE, and firm retreats

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas law license or documented Texas reciprocity process
• At least two years of direct family law experience
• Meaningful experience in Texas family law litigation, negotiation, and case strategy
• Strong legal judgment and attention to detail
• Direct, respectful, and honest communication skills
• Emotional intelligence and healthy professional boundaries
• A collaborative mindset
• The confidence to contribute informed opinions and the humility to consider others' perspectives
• A genuine commitment to supporting and empowering women through divorce
