Duties

• Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
