Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload, including motor vehicle accidents, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Attend mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Assist with trial preparation and actively participate in trials.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently from inception to trial.
• Aggressive approach to litigation with a deep understanding of personal injury law or the ability to quickly research legal issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar License.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial preparation abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and case management skills.
• Ability to handle depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
