Litigation Associate Attorney

Should preferably have 8+ years of experience and some trial experience. Must be admitted in Illinois, Missouri helpful, and must be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have prior experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, taking and defending depositions (with an emphasis in malpractice, commercial, business, employment, insurance defense, asbestos, workers compensation). Must have excellent communication and writing skills and should be experienced in composition of complaints, motions, discovery, briefs, including appellate work, and legal research.
