Duties

• Provide employment law advice and review employment-related documents.

• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members.
• Organize and monitor client files effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney in employment law.
• Experience in client/employer advice and counseling is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and support a fast-paced department.
• Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under time pressure.
• Effective time and resource management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
