Staff Development Manager

The candidate will facilitate the design, delivery, and ongoing coordination of team development throughout all offices. Design and deliver staff Professional Development surveys and needs assessments. Analyze survey results and adapt and respond accordingly. Support orientation and integration programming. Coordinate with HR on mentor assignments for all new staff. Work with Paralegal and Secretarial Services Manager to design and implement interactive training programming for staff. Coordinate with HR. Bachelor’s or better degree is required. J.D. or better degree is preferred. Master’s or better degree is preferred. Should have 4+ years’ experience in legal services, professional development, training, and/or organizational development in a professional service environment. Coaching certification or certification in assessments (ex. DISC) is preferred.
