Duties

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, demands, and other legal documents.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information and build strong cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff for seamless case management.
• Maintain excellent client relationships with timely updates and empathetic support.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with precision and attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
