Responsibilities: Provide legal support for the company’s M&A and project finance activities, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, and credit agreements, and supporting due diligence efforts. Assist with various other project development matters, including tax abatement efforts, interconnection agreements, permitting matters, procurement agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Support communications with outside counsels, lenders, and investors. Assist with various corporate and governance matters. Manage outside legal counsel. Significant direct financial impact. Report to the General Counsel, North America. Provide support for the following departments: Legal; Project Finance; Development; Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Interact with a variety of external counterparties, including outside counsels, lenders, and investors.
