Duties

• Conduct compliance audits and manage novations.
• Provide guidance on small business programs and intellectual property rights.
• Address cybersecurity, employment, and investigation matters.
• Apply cost accounting standards as needed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in government contracts.
• Admission (or waiver) to the Virginia Bar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in DoD/National Security.
• Judicial clerkship in the Court of Federal Claims or Board of Contract Appeals.
• Experience with a federal contractor, government agency, or recognized government contracts practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar admission or waiver.
