• Duties:
• Manage and support employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Handle written discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy.
• Make in-person court appearances as required.

• Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Experience managing cases, conducting discovery, and preparing motions preferred.
• Trial preparation experience preferred; trial experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle litigation responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to attend in-person proceedings when necessary.

• Education:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Certifications:
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
