The ideal candidate will have at least 3-8 years of experience and the drive to handle diverse and complex legal matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation and transactional matters, including business law, contract disputes, and corporate governance.
• Manage a caseload and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Provide comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Maintain excellent client relations and deliver high-quality client service.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes to relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 3-8 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law.
• Solid experience handling litigation cases and transactional legal matters.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• License to practice in the State of Ohio.
