Duties

• Independently manage a full caseload of family law matters

• Represent clients at all stages of litigation, including court appearances

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with internal team members, including dedicated paralegal support

• Contribute to a team-oriented and supportive office culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law

• Strong background in litigation and case strategy

• Demonstrated ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently

• Availability for occasional on-call responsibilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona (or pending admission following bar results)
