A growing law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed and residing in Alabama to join its creditors' rights and foreclosure practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience handling foreclosure, eviction, or title matters. This position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for courtroom exposure, leadership development, and client interaction. The role is suited for a self-motivated attorney who can manage a high-volume caseload while providing responsive and professional client service.

Location:

• Birmingham, Alabama

Duties:

• Review title abstracts and loan documentation in preparation for foreclosure sales

• Draft foreclosure notices, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Appear in court for motions, hearings, and conferences as necessary

• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and outside counsel

• Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders to manage case progression

• Maintain accurate records and compliance with procedural timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in foreclosure, evictions, title proceedings, or related areas

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Experience in creditor-side bankruptcy and litigation is a plus

• Leadership and team management experience preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Alabama (required)

• Admission to practice in other states is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in legal research and document drafting

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
