Profile

A law firm seeks an accomplished attorney to join its Fresno, CA, office, with a focus on sophisticated business and real estate transactional matters.

Duties

• Structure and document entity formations, including LLCs, partnerships, and corporations

• Advise on and draft contracts for commercial real estate developments and condominium associations

• Negotiate and prepare lease agreements for landlords and tenants in diverse property settings

• Handle purchase and sale agreements for residential and commercial properties

• Counsel clients on financing arrangements, including mortgage, mezzanine, and other business lending instruments

• Resolve transactional disputes through negotiation, mediation, or strategic settlement planning

Requirements

• Minimum of six years’ experience in business and real estate transactions

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals from inception through closing

• Strong negotiation skills and attention to transactional detail

• Proven aptitude for coordinating with lenders, developers, and client representatives

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active admission to the California Bar
