Senior Real Estate Associate or Counsel

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience. Should preferably have real estate and real estate finance experience, including experience in preparation of loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, leasing, and review of project and transaction diligence and preparation of supporting memoranda. Experience with real estate joint ventures or the real estate aspects of solar and other energy projects is a plus. Will be required to draft financing documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development documents. Must have strong academic credentials.
