Duties

• Advise clients on bespoke capital raising and investment solutions.
• Work on cutting-edge structured finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with major market participants, including issuers, banks, and investors.
• Counsel on transactions involving commercial and esoteric assets.
• Provide cross-border counsel on commercial, insolvency, and tax law aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions.
• Proven ability to handle complex financial transactions.
• Experience with cross-border legal issues is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
