Location

• Dallas, TX

Duties

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other court filings

• Participate in client meetings, discovery, depositions, and hearings

• Support senior attorneys and coordinate with nationwide legal teams

• Analyze complex technical subject matter related to IP cases

• Contribute to strategic litigation planning and case development

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience before the Federal Circuit preferred

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex and technical legal issues

• Strong motivation and commitment to contributing to a national legal practice

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record required

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of intended practice

• Strong organizational and case management abilities
