This role involves engaging in sophisticated transactions for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers. Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development agreements.
• Lead due diligence, including title and survey review, and zoning analyses.
• Coordinate and close acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Manage workstreams and mentor junior lawyers.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience.
• Proven track record in acquisitions, dispositions, and complex leasing.
• Experience at a major law firm with a national practice.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the relevant state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado or eligible for waiver into the Washington DC Bar.
