Job Overview:

A reputable law firm located in Fort Myers, FL, is currently seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in business law. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including real estate and HOA law. The firm is looking for an attorney who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in legal research and writing, and can effectively manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, real estate matters, and community/condominium HOA law
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and produce high-quality written memos and reports
• Advise clients on legal issues and help them navigate complex business structures
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist with managing client relationships
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and handle a variety of legal matters concurrently

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, real estate, or community/condominium law
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar (Active and in good standing)
