Duties:

• Immediate exposure to litigation, including drafting motions and legal memoranda.
• Conducting legal research to support legal proceedings and cases.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions.
• Attending court hearings and representing clients in Superior, District, and Probate courts.
• Handling a complex and diverse workload, including high-level correspondence and report drafting.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience.
• General courtroom experience and familiarity with the rules of court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills:
