Duties

• Provide legal support on corporate and healthcare law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and governance.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Assist in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate and healthcare transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to any U.S. state bar.
• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in healthcare law, corporate transactions, or private equity preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
