Duties:

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial or real estate litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of litigation tasks independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar is in good standing.
