Duties

• Represent clients through all litigation phases, from negotiations to trial.
• Develop and execute tailored litigation strategies for each case.
• Oversee a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression through legal processes.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.
• Appear for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff for optimal client outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in Tennessee or Kentucky; multi-state licensure is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property insurance.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume docket.
• Experience with FileVine, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
