Duties

• Manage a range of commercial and class action disputes.
• Engage in litigation in District of Columbia and federal courts.
• Participate in arbitration proceedings.
• Handle class action, data privacy, and false claims litigation.
• Assume significant responsibility for managing matters.
• Take on a client-facing role.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with District of Columbia and federal courts.
• Experience with arbitration.
• Class action, data privacy, and false claims litigation experience is a plus.
• District of Columbia bar membership.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
