Associate Attorney for Sunny Isles Beach office

Profile

A law firm seeks a motivated junior-level attorney to join its Sunny Isles Beach, FL office. In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned practitioners, support a variety of matters, and gain hands-on experience in a client-focused environment.

Duties

• Partner with senior attorneys and support staff to advance case objectives efficiently

• Perform legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings under guidance

• Organize and maintain client files to ensure seamless information sharing among attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel

• Draft a range of legal documents—including correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts—for use in litigation and transactional matters

• Analyze client inquiries, evaluate potential courses of action, and work diligently to identify optimal solutions

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar and participation in the ABA

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and solve problems collaboratively with colleagues and clients

• Willingness to learn from experienced attorneys and contribute to expanding the firm’s client base

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar (successful completion of the bar exam)
