A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5–8 years of experience to support its Real Estate practice group. Location:

• Dallas, TX

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate leases

• Handle retail leasing transactions with minimal supervision

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of leasing matters

• Respond promptly and effectively to business unit and client needs

• Manage responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-driven practice

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in legal documentation

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong emphasis on leasing

• Experience in retail leasing is preferred

• Ability to work independently and handle matters without supervision

• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Must be licensed in current jurisdiction or eligible for admission without examination

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction

• Eligibility for admission in other jurisdictions without examination is advantageous

Skills:

• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to function under pressure and manage multiple priorities
