Duties

• Represent clients in securities, lender liability, and regulatory issues.
• Handle loan workouts, foreclosures, and class actions.
• Engage in litigation involving securities fraud and asset securitizations.
• Advise banks on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters.
• Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and SEC enforcement actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work with innovative technology platforms.
• Florida Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
