• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with experts to strengthen cases.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure procedural compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• At least one year of experience in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and excellent legal writing skills.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette.
• Strong negotiation skills and effective client advocacy.
