Duties:

• Litigate high-stakes personal injury cases from intake through trial

• Prepare for trial daily, including evidence gathering, witness prep, and motion practice

• Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and trial staff to ensure superior client advocacy

• Participate in case strategy development and client communications

• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at redefining the practice of personal injury law

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation and trial work

• Desire to be in court frequently and lead cases to resolution

• Comfort with fast-paced litigation and high-pressure deadlines

• Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth

• Ability to adapt to a performance-driven, data-informed work culture

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required)
