Duties

• Engage directly with clients in community settings.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and discovery materials.
• Prepare for and attend hearings.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in guardianship, estate, and trust matters.
• Experience as a judicial clerk or in a law firm environment.
• Own transportation for local travel.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
