Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence cases

• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and guide them through the legal process

• Contribute to the firm's commitment to community involvement and legal excellence

Requirements:

• Prior experience in family law (preferred but not strictly required)

• Ability to handle a caseload with sensitivity and professionalism

• Strong commitment to client service and ethical legal practice

• Willingness to engage in professional development and firm initiatives

• Reliable transportation or relocation plans to Silver Spring, MD

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Maryland State Bar (required)
