Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in commercial litigation
•  Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
• Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters with minimal supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
