Duties

• Represent clients in single plaintiff litigation cases.

• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in state and federal courts in Georgia.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure.
• Experience in state and federal courts in Georgia preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
