Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Minnesota.
• Experience in transactional law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Commitment to working efficiently and effectively within a team-based approach.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
