Job Title: Entry-Level Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A growing law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join its team. This fully virtual firm provides legal services to homeowners, contractors, consumers, and small businesses involved in disputes such as business torts, contract cases, real estate litigation, construction issues, and copyright and trademark matters. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Duties:

• Draft legal documents including letters, memos, motions, orders, pleadings, etc.
• Assist lead attorney in preparing for hearings and client meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date case management and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to manage discovery efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various topics relevant to ongoing cases.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in litigation or related legal fields.
• Must be proactive, organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Education:

• Must have graduated from law school, preferably with honors (cum laude or higher).
• Must have ranked in the top 25% of law school class.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license required.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Clio's experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and remotely, with access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• Cape Coral, FL (Remote position; must have a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup).
