Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate to join our Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in our New York office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Candidates should have 3 years of diverse litigation or clerking experience. Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a requirement. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated experience in litigation involving commercial real estate, construction defect claims, construction delay claims, construction payment claims as well as litigation involving distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Candidates must be licensed in New York and plan to work in our NYC office. New Jersey admission a plus.
