Job Details:

• Handle complex business transactions involving multiple owners, employees, property, and real estate.
• Perform due diligence with a keen understanding of tax liabilities and other implications.
• Provide excellent client service throughout all phases of transactions.
• Prepare estate plans and administer estates and trusts.
• Utilize legal technology and software to enhance administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Maryland Bar membership in good standing.
• Additional State Bar licenses are a plus.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• 5+ years of experience and interest in both business transactions and estate planning/estate administration matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Maryland Bar membership in good standing.
• Additional State Bar licenses are a plus.
