Location:

Duties:

• Review and analyze legal claims related to real estate disputes

• Draft and file complaints, motions, discovery documents, legal memoranda, and correspondence

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on property law and litigation strategy

• Manage and lead litigation matters from initiation to resolution

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and case plans

Requirements:

• California State Bar admission

• Candidates awaiting bar results may be considered

• Interest or experience in real estate litigation strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California (or awaiting results)

Skills:
