Duties

• Conduct high-volume immigration consultations.

• Provide structured legal roadmaps and case feedback.
• Supervise intake staff from a legal standpoint.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in consultations.
• Document consultations and prepare retainer agreements.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience.
• At least 1 year of removal defense experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Strong issue-spotting and consultation skills.
• Experience with case management systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
