Remote Associate Attorney

Profile

We are looking for a remote Associate who, if not already admitted, will immediately take the Virgin Islands bar examination and gain admission to practice law in this Territory. 

The Associate’s workload will depend on availability and salary.  The Associate's work will include everything from civil and some criminal defense litigation, to corporate and transactional work.  The Associate will be expected to research, prepare and review pleadings, motions, orders and legal memoranda; appear and represent clients at any and all remote hearings and court appearances in local, federal and administrative tribunals; gather evidence, conduct written discovery and take depositions; develop litigation strategies; and update and consult with partners and clients.
