Will be checking email, returning messages, checking in with own assigned case manager, and preparing for court. Also, be responsible for the following: New client consultations; attending court, mediations, and depositions; Research and preparing cases for court; Case Reviews, PAG Team Training; Communicating with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing; Ensuring the ultimate client experience; Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service; Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases; All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish. While previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, all levels will be considered. Must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing.
