The candidates should have good academic credentials. Law students beginning their third year, recent law school graduates, and those with judicial clerkships can apply for sponsorship for a post-graduate fellowship.

Submit the following materials: Resume; Cover letter addressing interest and experience in federal Indian law and, if a fellowship proposal is required, information describing ideas for the proposal; Law school transcript; Two brief legal writing samples; Contact information for three (3) references, two of whom must be academic or professional.
