Duties

• Manage case load with minimal supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff.
• Maintain positive client relationships regarding case developments.

Requirements

• Completion of a Juris Doctor.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 0-7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
